"Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas."

"The hotel is well designed but needs some refreshing. Carpeting needs replacing everywhere and the chippy painted tile in the spa showers made it look gross. However: staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!"

Booked non refundable 10 months early and called 1 month ahead to request the 2 rooms booked be next to one another and was denied. Contact them for same 1 week prior and they agreed...gave us 2 of their worst street side rooms. We arrived 1 hour early and were denied early check in despite them having use of our funds for 10 months. Riots still active there in Puerto Montt during our stay Feb. 20-22, right...
