Nearby Lake Todos los Santos is a breathtaking lake surrounded by Valdivian temperate rainforest.

Admire the pretty Calle-Calle River from Valdivia or experience the stunning beaches of Villarrica Lake from Pucón. Pucón and Puerto Varas are hotspots for adventure, with plenty of options for hiking, rafting, kayaking and canyoning. Go horseback riding through the foothills or soak your muscles in one of the steaming thermal springs. In summer, explore the beautiful shores of Lake Llanquihue or master the rapids in Futaleufú. Climb to the peak of a volcano and ski down its snow-dusted flanks in winter.

The main access points to Southern Chile are in Puerto Montt, Temuco and Osorno. Fly to Puerto Montt from Santiago and other major airports. There is a railway that connects Puerto Montt to Puerto Varas and Osorno. Buses are readily available across the region.
