"A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. "Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff and excellent food. Lovely quiet location in the countryside close to the lake. Restaurant serves dinner as well as breakfast which is helpful as the hotel is a few minutes drive into Puerto Varas."

"A small dirt road from a small town will get you there. Follow the paved road to the end and then follow a dirt road until the end. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding volcanoes. Jacuzzi is out of order. They have very friendly dogs. Wifi is decent and only in the main common area. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. (Fresh bread is great.) The cabin is rustic and lovely. (Bring you own knife if you plan to cook.) In short, the location is great and the views are even better!...

Be prepared for a very steep entrance to the parking garage & having them park you in spots where you can’t even hardly get out of your car. "
