"The hotel is great, room is big for Japanese standards and the bathroom is the best feature. Staff is very helpful, they all speak English so it is easy to communicate. The amenities, breakfast, etc., are simply great. Yes, it’s a great modern hotel right by the beach in a wonderful town. I wish we had stayed longer, it is worth staying for 2 weeks or even longer if you like the beach, surfer Hawaiian style."

"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. "Rooms were spacious. Mandatory cleaning after 2 nights. Coin laundry on the 8th and 10th floor, they take contactless card as well. You can monitor the laundry machines from the TV in your room and see the status of each machine. I thought that was a nice touch. Location was convenient. The hotel was right next to a JR station. Newdays convenience store nearby, and a whole bunch of eateries on the first floor. Across the other side of the JR station (about 5 min walk) is Ito-Yokado with a nice supermarket in the basement levels. Kura sushi in the same building. We got the breakfast-included option with our rooms. Each adult selects a main plate from their menu of 3 choices, plus you get access to the buffet island. Breakfast was good, however, I would simply prefer a bigger buffet (with more choices) without the main plate. Breakfast time gets quite busy so be prepared to spend some time waiting for your plate to be served. Overall it was a great stay."

"They messed up our reservation. After staying up for almost 24 hours, we had no choice but paying a higher rate. Later, I showed another staff member that Expedia sent me an updated confirmation. She spent at least half an hour on the phone with Expedia to find out what had happened. It was their fault, so she refunded me the difference. She was fantastic."

"Great hotel with plenty of food options and a great whirlpool with good opening hours. Hotel is well situated and was about a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The hotel was spotless as was the room. The staff were fantastic and really made the experience even better. The breakfast was good, we were on the privilege floor which had its own breakfast in the lounge, I loved it as it was traditional Japanese but my partner didn’t so much."

"Overall, a great decision to stay here. Cheap, but rooms are an excellent quality. Obviously convenient for an early morning check-in, but the quality of the rooms combined with price and proximity to train station made us think 2 nights would've also worked. Check-in staff for the day we stayed was terrible. Very rude, impatient, and had no interest in helping people to check-in. But didn't detract from quality of the room."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful but English was limited. Excellent location for ferris wheel, hotel opens into huge shopping mall, restaurants and very convenient to train station. Room was very comfortable and just as depicted on website. Amenities were limited on bottled water, and we our room included complimentary refreshments. Would definitely stay here again."
