"Riverside Hotel was beautiful. It was quiet at night. Very convenient to get anywhere needed in Casper. There was one male front desk worker who wasn't the best as we had asked about the restaurant and he told us it opened at 4, however, it was closed that night. That is the only thing that was bad. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was delicious, the rest of the staff was kind, and it was clean! Beds are comfortable. "

"Very nice woodwork and brass fixtures. The place has alot of character while still being clean and updated where it matters. Lots of hardwood vintage furniture and spacious rooms with good natural light."

"Aside from some minor things that need to be maintained, this was a nice hotel. Our room had some spots on the bed frame and bathroom vanity where it looked like paint had splattered. But our room was clean and the bathroom was decent. Our 2 children LOVED the pool area, which was why i booked this hotel specifically. There were a lot of options at breakfast for food. Dining at night there were to on campus options, along with restaurants nearby. We would likely stay here again. "

"I booked online. Received text to precheck in which was nice. During that part they offered upgrades. I had a pet and you pay extra for so got that taken care of and received text pet approval then another saying pet denied. Was worried because room was non refundable. Called and gentleman said yes I denied it cuz I will charge you directly when you arrive. That was my only worry. Everything else was great. "
