Comfort and quiet in an idealic location. Good service with a friendly heartfull welcome. The food fir breakfast and dinner were both tasty and satisfying. Recommended.

Rugen is a long trip from the UK but worth it. Binz is a gem, blue sea, white band, very well kept attractive town. The narrow gauge railway runs through the town and this is clearly a major tourist attraction. The room was a surprise having a separate lounge. A shame that it didn't have a sea view but that is a very minor point. The hotel is located on the pro made with direct access to the beach with Baltic deckchairs and nearby beach bar. Бронировали на 1 ночь в не сезон (ноябрь) как самый дешёвый вариант в Засснице. Фото соответствуют. Номер чистый, приятный, с отдельным входом. Слив в душе работает хорошо, вода уходит сразу. Есть чайник, холодильник, микроволновка, кофемашина Dolce Gusto и капсулы (платно, мы просто оставили деньги в номере). Заселение в правилах с 15 до 18, мы старались

The hotel is in a perfect location in a wonderful resort. Breakfast offered something for every guest. We also ate an evening meal which was of a high quality. Only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Overall good impression, but way too overpriced for what it is. Nice comfortable room, could be better planning of bathroom and shower area, and not very convenient for charging devices. Also, too many additional charges for already expensive stay - parking is very expensive, sun chair is extra also - these could definitely be included in the price, plus tourist tax additionally. Breakfast is made to look fancy, when in reality could benefit from more variety and fresh ingredients.

Sauber, freundlich, schön, bequem. Ich kann Hotel Alexa empfehlen. Preisgünstig in Hochsommer. Göhren ist auch schön, und Hotel Alexa liegt auf der Poststraße in der Stadtmitte.

Everything good, room clean , spacious and airy. Receptionist very nice. Breakfast staff lovely particularly Simon who was brilliant and spoke good English. Nice overall location ,quiet and plenty of parking. However you had to pay for parking, and the swimming pool which is supposed to be heated was very chilly and we couldn't swim. As was the jacuzzi. A shame.

Clean hotel with good facilities as one can expect from Mercure. Very friendly staff and good wifi. Rich breakfast and a great plus that you get also dinner for free if you have booked your stay with breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the Greifswald Süd train station. I will definitely stay here again.

A nice place to stay: nice rooms and a super breakfast, but unless you are prepared to pay £70/night to park your car in their underground parking you could have quite a walk back to the hotel (like we did). We hit it lucky, though, because even though we had quite a walk we only had to pay for an hour’s parking as it was 3pm Friday afternoon and after four it’s free until Monday morning. The other disappointment was the horrific stains on the carpets in some of the corridors. The carpets...
