"Gostei mas falta treinamento dos funcionários. Poucas toalhas de banho no banheiro e tb pouca estrutura no quarto. Precisei pedir papel higiênico todos os dias para repor. Uma chatice. "

"Os chalés muito bem limpos e completos. O hotel possui boa estrutura com restaurante, piscinas de água fria e aquecidas e salão de jogos. O único ponto de atenção é que a estrutura do chalé em que ficamos hospedados precisa de um cuidado melhor e da uma manutenção. Mas num geral tivemos uma experiência muito boa!"

"Everything was great, except thwt we had to change rooms because the window wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap on the wall that let noises and heat come in the room. It all made the room noisy. Second room worked out great. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!"

"I did this reservation only to get some sleep for a very early arrival at GRU, sent a mesage with some requests to the hotel that now at 6:08 am haven’t been answered yet"

"Tudo legal, exceto pelo restaurante que no fds demorou quase 2 horas para entregar 2 strogonoffs e uma omelete. O café da manha de domingo também decepcionou na reposição dos itens, pois 1h antes de acabar o cafe da manha ja nao havia mais pao de sal disponível, leite quente e até manteiga foi necessário avisarmos que precisava repor. De resto, recomendo."

"Found room with no closet, not towels, no toilet paper, no soap , no shampoo. No external signs or anything to show as business. Daily rate may look affordable for USA tourist, however even foe Brazilian standard this place would be overpriced for the quality offered."

"Boooked this as a last minute stay before heading over to IIlha grande. It was decently clean and easy to check in and very close to the marina and the bus station. "
