I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent place and staff

Room, staff & bar service was excellent. Did not have Breakfast but had a meal at night and was very good.

Great location for our onward journey. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Allentown area.

Comfortable large bed, hotel is spotless clean and super well maintained - staff is helpful and attentive to your needs , breakfast is exceptional with made to order omelets , great location and shopping

Having stayed in various different hotels in the USA, this was our favourite place! On arrival, we were greeted by Antonio, who was delightful! Such a lovely, friendly guy, who takes time to ensure you have a comfortable stay. He makes you feel so welcome 🤗 Antonio’s knowledge of the area is immense and he’ll give you advice about places to see! Our room was lovely. Really comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with a powerful hot shower, nice complimentary toiletries and quality towels....

The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water in shower. Pool and fitness center were great Asked for a light bulb when we checked in, was told we had to wait until next day, light bulb never came. The breakfast time of 6am to 9am not desirable; I complained and was told open from 6am to 10am on weekends and holidays only. Dec 29 and 30 holidays for me! Breakfast very mediocre. Too crowded and understaffed (though the one gal there was working very hard). Long line to the waffle...

Good hotel on the edge of Frazer. Breakfast adequate Room standard but clean and well maintained

Good stay here . Clean hotel, large rooms. Nice bar area. Great location centre of Philly close to everything.

This hotel is everything you want it to be, welcoming, clean and comfortable; all of the staff are very nice and get if you travelling by yourself.
