"I was pleasantly surprised as Hyatt Place Jacksonville had a somewhat posh air about it (the lobby decor, outside deck on the lake and the hotel room). I would absolutely stay there again! It did not disappoint."

"Is laundry available? Rooms are clean and great. Breakfast was a frozen empanada or choice of hostess mini donut packs. Breakfast was the only bad part."

"Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Incidentals here were more expensive than at a higher tier Marriott. Nor did they return them. We left the rooms clean. "

"Our room was right next to the fire pit and unfortunately for us that caused two nights of disputed sleep. The room was great, the bed was comfortable but if we were to stay again we would ask to be placed away from the fire pits. "
