Stunning House: Tennis & Pool in Southampton Estate section

  • This luxurious, private and comfortable vacation compound south of Hill Street near Southampton Village has every amenity for a dream vacation: heated gunite pool, Decoturf tennis court with basketball hoop, beautiful landscaping, covered blue-stone patio, screened-in porch, professional Weber gas grill.

    Inside the 7000 sq.ft house are four en-suite bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The newly renovated kitchen features Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele appliances, as well as a nine-foot island.

    The double-height living room is pristine and elegant, while the cheerful atrium-like family room is a relaxed place to hang out. Three of the en-suite bedrooms have king-sized beds, a fourth has a queen, and there are several bonus rooms including a media room, a home office, a kids' playroom, two smaller bedrooms, and a finished basement with a pool table, ping-pong, pin-ball, and laundry room.

    The beach is a short bike-ride away.
