Our house is where we escape from the complexities of our lives and take time to notice and enjoy simple things that are not part of our usual busy day-to-day activities. You can feel and smell the ocean air even before you plan your first trip down to the water. You never know what wildlife you might see - such as the family of birds, adults leading the ducklings across the lawn. The mini-golf and ice cream are just around the corner. Our home is a place to take a deep breath, reflect and find peace.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you approach this charming cottage you're greeted by lush green grass, a deck for entertaining and a large back yard. Enter through the side door into the sunroom -- the perfect spot to let the kids watch their favorite shows or play games. Sunroom has a twin bed and a pull out couch for extra guests.

Step through the door into the main cottage where you will find a well stocked galley-style kitchen with gas stove and large refrigerator. The dining room is through the doorway to the back of the kitchen and happily seats six at the table. The living room is to the left of the kitchen. This large room has plenty of room to spread out with two comfy couches and recliner. You're sure to enjoy your favorite Red Sox game on the flat screen TV.

Bedroom #1 is on the right and has a Queen bed, dresser, closet and flat screen TV.
Bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds, dresser and closest. (The stackable washer/dryer is located in this room).
Bathroom #1 is a full bath with stand up shower.

There is a mini-split air conditioner in the living room, a window AC unit in the bedroom with the queen bed, and one in the sunroom.

The large deck has a picnic table and two adirondack-style chairs. The large grill is just right for your favorite BBQ foods.

Enjoy starry nights around the gas fire table with a large flat back yard perfect for kids to run around and play lawn games or catch fireflies at night.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime. *Additional parking for one car on the street.
Fireplaces are not to be used in this home.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
