"We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation.The hotel is dated. Rooms had bugs. The pool was not clean.
