Beds were reasonably comfy, only came with one blanket, and no towels provided. Aircon and fans available in the room. Staff were relatively friendly, but did not offer advice about the area/things to do etc... without being asked. A short minute or 2 walk to the beach, shops and bars, but far enough away that it is quiet. One of the best details is its proximity to the little town, which is full of restaurants, smoothie carts, mini marts, tour operators, spas, and scooter rentals. It's all a few minutes walk. Also very close to the main road to walk around The pool was beautiful! The breakfast options were great. Expect to have the same things daily, with little change, but overall good food and pleasant atmosphere. Pool bar was nice, resort was very clean. I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket. Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this!
