"The ladies on my wife's side go to plays every year for X-mas gifts. This year they picked SF and a great play (Dear Evan Hanson). This basically new house was great for our group. It was a lot bigger than I realized and the 2 sitting areas was perfect (TV sports for me & movies/chatting for them). The double garage was a plus too. There were 5 of us and if you have a larger group you will have plenty of room. SF isn't that big so downtown and the sports complexes are all a short drive away....

"Very nice. We play a lot of card games and it had a nice big table and chairs. All appliances were functioning properly. Nice big refrigerator. Close to many places to eat out. Lots of free things to do in Sioux Falls. Garage, off street parking and convenient street parking. VERY comfortable beds and king or queen sized in every bedroom. Perfect for 4 couples. No bathroom in the basement. Put a porta potty in the laundry room and it worked great for us older ones (73, 74 & 76 y/olds) host very...

Only a couple of little improvements recommended, the master king bed mattress needs to be replaced as the bed is becoming a canoe. And extra soap for the showers would be nice too, otherwise easy and we would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!"

"Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!"

"We were in town to see our daughter present at Augustana this past weekend. The house and property were everything we needed! It was so clean, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in while we were in town. Loved the dog treats and dog bowls that were provided for our little fur baby. We are already thinking of renting it for our daughter's graduation next Spring! Highly recommend!"

"This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)"

"The "House on Bonnie Ct" was a wonderful getaway destination for four of us to catch up as old friends. The house was immaculately clean and had a delightful decor that was welcoming. The game table in the basement saw a lot of card games during our three night stay. We loved the hot tub and hope to return when we can enjoy the very large pool. This place had everything we hoped for and working with host Mariah was a breeze."
