Large living room was comfortable, as was the minimal kitchen area (microwave, mini-frig, coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs).Had plastics knives, but no spoons or forks.Bed was comfortable, could do with an extra pillow. Bathroom was adequate, but no washcloths, only making removal towelettes. Can’t wash up your body with those! All towels were damp - when inquiring, apparently the cleaning service placed them there damp because they didn’t allow enough time to properly dry before finishing cleaning the unit. Walls next to the sink and toilet had holes in the tile where hard where was previously mounted. Caulking around toilet was torn/missing in spots. Main issue was plenty of black mold at the bottom of the shower door. All of these issues could easily be addressed by the crew caring for the unit.Both upper and lower units appear to be rented, but the concrete driveway only accommodates one car (should be noted in description).If an extra hour was put into caring for the unit, it would have received five stars. ##### Ron M.
