"It was a beautiful place and was much more comfortable than a hotel room, especially for someone needing the extra space for a wheelchair. The iron didn't work, and we had problems getting the dryer to work properly. There seemed to be only one setting that worked on the dryer. Also, my confirmation email stated I would receive an email with check-in details 24 hours in advance of check-in. I didn't receive that email, and I ended up having to do a live chat and speak with a representative. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I will likely stay again."
