"Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!"

"The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away."

"Food at chop house was average Hotel is next to a tail road yard so all weekend trains were coming and going with a thud which woke me up even though I was on 27 th floor So if you want a good night sweet this is not the right hotel for you"

"Had to switch rooms 3 times. Heavy smell of weed pouring in so bad that made me nauseous. Second room no curtains. Go figure. 3rd room was dirty. 4th room was a little better to tired at this point with no help in changing rooms or offer for a comp nothing. I got “ oh wow that does smell bad….what really no curtains….we can have someone come up in the morning and clean” No never again. We live in Nevada and frequently go to Reno but no thanks. I’ll go back to peppermill. "

"Great space for a weekend stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having a full sized fridge and washer/dryer. Gated parking was also a bonus. Movie theater and coffee shop within walking distance. Tesla charges less than 1 minute drive was a plus!"

"No heat No ac No sheets No towels Urine on toilet Balls of hair on floor. Worst experience ever and I have been waiting for Expedia refund and call back. Very disappointed "
