"Great hotel with great staff! "

"We checked in and then found out there was no water from 10pm-8am. We had no prior warning. We left immediately. I would like a refund for both rooms."

" A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport! In my last call to the hotel, they told me they couldn't even contact the driver of the shuttle and did not know where they were. No apology or explanation afterwards. If a service is not available, don't advertise it and don't falsely lead customers to believe it is there. Lastly, a simple apology goes a long way, but no apology goes further. I would never stay here again and recommend all to be wary."

"Very clean and modern design, spacious room and overall the place was very quiet and made for a good night's sleep. Convenient to have the garage attached to the hotel, you just have to have your ticket validated by the front desk, but allows you to come and go as you please for the parking fee."

"Room very clean, staff was wonderful! Breakfast was good. Hotel has Coffee and tea in the Lobby 24/7 Also, the hotel provides transportation to a lot of restaurants within one mile radius. I would gladly stay in this hotel next time I go to Portland, Maine. Nothing negative to report!"
