The only issues was that the fridge was not working properly, so we had to put our fridge items in the freezer section. I did notify management but nothing was done about it. Another issue was the stairs, I did read other reviews about the stairs but oh my goodness you did feel the wood very wobbly when walking up the stairs. It was very close to beach. We all slept well because the beds were comfortable. Loved the loft. It was so spacious. Our son enjoyed spending the night in big room. We enjoyed sitting by pool at night. It was very relaxing. The view from masterbed room was great. The two dogs next door were great. No barking at night. The only problem we had was not being able open garage to wash clothes. Someone came and opened right away. No soap was left for dishwasher so we could not wash dishes. We washed many by hand. When we arrived a staff member from property management informed us the pool had ussues and we could not use it that night. We had an evening planned around the pool and had to make alternate plans. So the next day we thought we would be able to use it but the chemicals were too strong to enjoy the pool again. My family and I were very disappointed, especially my grandson. There were also issues with the doorknob to the main restroom locking you in. Not a good sound if using the bathroom at night, giggling the doirknob. The stove and microwave had dried food stains that weren't cleaned properly. I've asked for a discount due to the issues but its only been 24 hours. I would not recommend this house. ##### Michael M. There were several issues that should be addressed with the house, as submitted on the separate exit interview. The house had plenty of space and privacy for different sized groups. The exterior of the house was damaged and a bit run down, pool wasn’t clean upon arrival, and the stove didn’t work which was VERY inconvenient. I did however appreciate the black stone outside. Also, the two bedroom doors downstairs didn’t properly close. I will say there were quite a bit of negatives. The exterior of the house was rundown. Side gate was broken and the pool was dirty upon arrival. Inside the house, the two bedroom doors would not close and the stove did not work at all, which was inconvenient. ##### Leticia R.
