Right on the beach and with private access, which was very convenient and helpful. Only suggestion would be to maintain the sandy pathway to the beach a little better, there was a lot of overgrowth covering parts of the pathway and many of the bushes had stickers on them that we would step on. The house was overall pretty clean and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and had wonderful views of the water.
