Looking for that spacious island retreat for your family & friends? Well look no further - this is the property for you!! Centrally located on the island & only a short walk to the beach, and offers all the amenities that will keep you coming back year after year.

Some of its features include a privately fenced backyard oasis with a private pool, a super fun game room with a pool table, darts, shuffleboard, and Smart TV for entertaining. It is centrally located near grocery stores, shopping, sunset dining, and the entertainment center.

The home is beautifully decorated in coastal colors inspired by our island surroundings and comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests with comfy mattresses and cozy bedding. The main living area is located on the second floor and features a spacious open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The home offers 5 full bathrooms, along with blow dryers and plenty of towels for guest use.

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

We had our wedding reception here and it was perfect! It held our close family and the backyard was the perfect spot for our special night. Sandy was so helpful and she communicated everything we needed to know. But this house is perfect in general for a family vacation! They pool is magnificent and so relaxing! We will 100% be staying here again with our family!!

The house was very clean and gave all of us enough room to be together or have some alone time. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Close to many shops and places to eat that you can walk to. Having the game room and the pool just gave us more fun things to do!

Isla Breeze dream

Our entire family spent 4 days at Isla Breeze and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time together! Enough space to separate and to congregate !! Although the weather wasn’t always on our side - we had a wonderful trip. One note: bring water shoes to use in the pool as it is rough on the bottom and kids tore up their feet somewhat.

Great house for large family vacation

Great house for a large family. So many extras. Two baskets of beach towels, ice machine, coolers, beach wagons, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enough dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and tools for grilling. They thought of everything. A shot walk to the beach. No need to leave. This house has something for everyone. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a group of 15 and loved every bit of this house. We used all of the amenities, loved having the pool. The beach and bath towels were so nice. Loved having the extra ice machine - super helpful!! The bathrooms and kitchen were super clean, updated and nice. The location for us was perfect. It was close to restaurants, 3 minute drive to beach, loved walking to the bayside of island to look at crabs. Would definitely recommend this house 100%!!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed as well. The neighborhood was excellent as well. The house is perfect for a big family trip. The only problem we faced was paying for damage from a broken tile that was already lifted/lose on the edge of a step. Also paying for a hole in a wall in the same room as the tile, none of us even had a clue about that hole, it was hiding behind a piece of furniture when we had first arrived.

Great house in a great location!

This home is perfect for large groups. The home is set-up to perfectly to accommodate a lot of people; there's plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, beach chairs, beds, bathrooms, etc. The home is very charming in terms of furnishings and decor. There is plenty of space to spread out and entertain. The pool area is also very spacious and the access to the game room and bathroom from the pool is great. The beach is walking distance (about 5-10 minutes) and there are multiple restaurants and bars also within walking distance. You can walk to the end of the street to see the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful House

The listing is depicted accurately. Everything was immaculate. There were plenty of different venues in the house to give everyone the ability to do some type of activity. The furnishings fit the size of the house with plenty of seating/relaxing available. If you want a good night sleep, the mattresses and sheets are 5-star hotel quality. Along with the beach chairs, wagons and coolers, it makes a trip to the beach easy. We would stay again.

Extended Family Vacation

We had three generations together for a week vacation. It was an amazing home! The house was as described. The game room was fun for everyone, there was enough space for the whole crew, and the beds were comfortable! The property has beach items to use, which was a nice bonus. The property manager was super nice and quick to communicate with us, making it an easy process. My only complaint is that the pool is a rough surface, not smooth. The kids’ feet got a little scraped up. It didn’t stop the fun, though! We all loved the amazing back yard! Great property!

Rent it!! You won't regret it!

We were a total of 11 adults including one toddler. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space for us plus more if need be! We absolutely loved the kitchen equipped with anything you can ever need for your cooking needs. I must mention that the house is a three-floor home; therefore, you do have to carry stuff up and down stairs. If you have problems with mobility, this might be an issue for you. The game room was excellent for spending time with the younger adults while some spent time in the pool. The outside area was very cute and a nice option for returning from a long beach day. I highly recommend this home for your next trip to SPI. We will certainly be booking it in the future! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Family Vacation

This property rental was very nice and lots of room for all of us. The house pretty much has everything. We were surprised to find it even had a pack n play and highchair perfect for one of the kiddos. Backyard well fenced in for our fur babies and kids while they enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed gilling. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun for the family. BBQ pits were available, but I had brought my own. We stayed a week and during the week there was some construction of a new build but in general it wasn't too much noise. management was very nice and helpful and located just across the street. Great family house

The beach house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is very nice. Overall the property is super for a family vacation. The Master suite is gorgeous and has a very spacious bath. The game room bedroom on the basement level was great for tor our teenaged boys. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice too. The proximity to the beach is a little misleading in that the walk entails crossing 4 lanes of traffic if walking. (Difficult if kids and beach chairs and canopies are involved). Parking is limited on the beach access, but we were fortunate enough to find parking every day. Although, the house does technically have 7 bedrooms, the two small ones on the mid-level do not have closets and share the bathroom off the kitchen with everyone else, One comment to the owners. If you rate your rental as 5-Star, we would expect more toilet paper and paper towels. We very much enjoyed our vacation. Thanks so much.
