With none of the stress and all of the relaxation, feel laidback with all the provided amenities bundled with a 25-yard walk to the beach at South Padre Island. Not only has this non-smoking 1-bed, 1-bath condo been recently remodeled in 2022, you can fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom, along with many other breathtaking sights. This gorgeous first-floor beachfront condo has been completely remodeled with beautiful wood plank tile floors, a fully updated kitchen, a modern walk-in shower, comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances, and all items needed for a home. A Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Room. The large furnished balcony is a great place to entertain and enjoy the ocean in a more private setting with a glass of wine or coffee. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This is one of our five beachfront view condos we own at this complex on VrBo.com Listing #4315102, 7681790, 3559240 and 3643752\. If this one is booked try our other Four. This 712 square foot home, is able to accommodate a small family of 4 comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is fully updated with beautiful granite countertops and a walk-in shower, high quality bath towels, and has a serene feel to it. The condo is equipped with a blender, coffee pot, microwave, iron and ironing-board, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. (Washer and Dryer are provided for monthly renters only) Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels, and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS! Walk to Clayton’s down the beach for food and drinks, great live-music, beach volleyball, and water rentals. Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals, and skydiving. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. Very clean, great beach access, excellent security. Was 1st weekend of Spring Break ( not booked for that) but condo and area were very quiet. We loved everything about our stay here! The condo was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. It was convenient to access the beach, and so comfortable. It was very clean, a short walk to the water, lovingly decorated. The beds were comfortable and the appliances new. Absolutely wonderful! We would stay there again. ##### Candice M. The room was clean and nice. Had everything we needed.
