SEASCAPE 309 WALK TO THE BEACH

  • This unit just went through a complete renovation and is absolutely gorgeous. All new appliances, new furniture and completely updated. These units are spacious and just a short walk up the block to the beach. Conveniently located in a prime area of the island by Cafe Karma, Stripes with Laredo Tacos, Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and close to other shops and fun. This unit has every amenity you need to make your beach stay at the island a perfect one. Huge open courtyard with BBQ pits, a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. This is a 3rd floor walk up. VRBO does not collect State and City Taxes so will collect at our office. Credit card or exact cash. NO ONE UNDER 25 YRS CAN RENT THIS UNIT! SPI PERMIT #2015--628898 we have no elevators at this property.
