Guessing landlord sells out property based on ocean location which is a shame. I have pics to support all I’m saying but have no way to download. The property is beach facing and has amazing views of the ocean, sunrise from the master bedroom/living room. The beach is easily accessible from the parking lot. Condo is located in a very safe gated building with assigned parking spot. Kitchen and master bath were nicely renovated. Quick access to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Check in and towel exchange (11am-3pm) was in a separate location (5 minute drive) and was a minor inconvenience. Overall our family had a great time and can't wait to visit again. ##### Sameer B. The place was wonderful and exactly what we expected but the guy who took care of us with Padre Island rentals when we arrive was horrible. He didn't treat me with respect at all, not very welcoming or helpful. He should not be working the front desk at all, I believe his name was Steven.
