It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental. POLICIES & INFO Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent. Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in.
