First time visiting SPI
Place is very cozy, beds could use an upgrade as well as the plumbing on bath tub but overall very affordable and has all your necessities for a confortable and tranquile stay. It is close to all attractions and we enjoyed our stay, would definitely come to Sandcastle property is available on my next stay!

This condo is OKAY for a short stay. It's basically a hotel room. It's clear the owners don't wish to invest in the property, it's stuck in the 80s and has the absolute cheapest amenities available. 2 tiny pots with lids that don't fit. I see now why it was the cheapest listing.

SPI condo stay
The property was nothing to write home about but was very basic with amenities. The property had a very nice fishing pier and we got to enjoy several beautiful sunsets sitting on the pier. The location is nice and not far from some good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.
