LOCATION - We are mid-island, beach-side, 2 houses away from Gulf Blvd and 200 yards from the beach. The nearest public beach access point is #14 Bouganvilla. This is a family-friendly, quieter area of the island. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom #1: King Bed w/ ensuite-style bathroom, flat panel tv Bedroom #2: Two Twin Beds, Bunk Bed, Queen flat panel tv Mini Kids/Family Room: Sofa, flat panel tv and beverage fridge with access to the backyard and pool Washer/Dryer BACKYARD: New pool (heated) 6-burner BBQ grill SECOND FLOOR - After a day of sun and adventure, the second floor welcomes you to an open-concept family, dining area, kitchen and guest bathroom.
