The ground floor includes two-bedroom suites, with the primary bedroom leading straight to the patio and pool. POLICIES & INFO Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. We had a full house and it was plenty of room for all of us. Rained heavily one day and there was a leak from the ceiling, we called maintenance, no response, we put a trash can under it to catch the water. there has been a leak in this same place before and patched. When we checked in we were not given the garage remote, got to the unit, thought it might be inside, was raining. Had to call and return to checkin to get the remote. The location of the house can’t be beat. The ocean is steps away out of the back door, and it’s pretty close to all the restaurants and excursions! My only wish was that beach towels were provided. Certainly not a deal breaker, and we would love to stay at the house again in the future! ##### Dara M. The house is lovely and very comfortable. We were STEPS from the beach. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to fix fresh seafood from the local market. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings with fabulous beach views was so nice! And the private drive and garage for our car was a bonus! ##### Melanie G. Large rooms attractively decorated. Some kitchen pots & pans had been returned to cabinets unwashed and nonstick finish worn out. Too few eating utensils.
