This second-floor unit is decorated with classic beach-inspired design elements and includes tile flooring throughout. This beachfront property offers abundant amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and direct beach access. Free shuttle service is available to nearby shops, decadent restaurants, and bustling nightlife. LIVING AREAS Sprawl out on the sofas in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 40” flat screen TV. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a book. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features all-white appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table set for six. BED & BATH This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep six total. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, 32” TV, and access to the balcony. The en-suite has a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. PLEASE NOTE: The TV in the master bedroom is unavailable until June 1st. All other TVs are ready to be enjoyed! The second bedroom features two full-size beds, a 30” TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Rust around the bathrooms but it was very clean from the house keeper. We had several problems with the internet and tv but that was quickly resolved but then we had a horrible sulfur smell from the master bathroom. Someone came out quickly to pour something down the drains to help but unfortunately it was a temporary fix and it smelled like sulfur when you took a shower/washed your hands (only in the master). Then the entire island last water and we called to tell the property management team we had no water the day before check out. No one called me back and no one informed us (until 2 days after we checked out) that the entire island was on a boil water notice. No one from the team even called to check back to see if the water came back on (it did later that evening). We could have been sick from the water but thankfully we drank only bottle water and didn't have any coffee the morning we left. The condo is in a great location to the beach and the shops, restaurants, etc. Just a short walk to the beach and you can rent chairs/umbrella right there too! Overall, ok condo due to the age, horrible property management care, but great location to the beach. ##### JENNIFER M.
