A short walk through the pool & hot tub area and you are on the beach. The private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. A king in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in living area will sleep 4 guests. Smart TV's with cable and Showtime. Our Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils & pots and pans. We provide beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for our guests to use. WIFI and assigned parking. The view in this spacious 1 bedroom beachfront unit can't be beat. Feel your cares float away as you relax on your private balcony listening to the sounds of waves. For early risers, sunrises are especially beautiful over the Gulf of Mexico. These views can be seen from the living area. There is a queen sofa sleeper and love seat and a smart TV with cable and Showtime. We have a pack & play for the little one. Enjoy your king bedroom with a smart tv with cable and Showtime. The large bathroom has a new tub shower combo, a large sink vanity and plenty of nice towels. We also provide beach towels. There are two entrances to the bathroom, one from the bedroom and another from the living area. Our Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils & pots and pans. Just bring all your own food items. The gated pool (heated seasonally) and hot tub area overlook the beautiful gulf waters. Private beach access is just steps to the beach. We provide beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for our guests to use. Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle! We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places. The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm. I'm a phone call away. Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. The rental agreement signature request link will go out to you right after booking. Self check in entry instructions and door code will go out 24 hours before arrival provided you have previously signed the rental agreement. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building which are located inside the condo. Please be considerate of others in the building. Guests must not exceed 4 persons. Pets are not allowed at this building. Quiet time is 11pm Check in: 3:00 pm or after Check out: 11:00 am or before Parking: This condo has a reserved space. One parking permit is provided in the condo. There are a few unreserved guest parking spaces. There is also parking along Gulf Blvd. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second permit, please request it ahead of arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Do not park in another reserved space or you may risk having your vehicle towed. Starter supplies provided: Coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, an extra trash bag. Each bathroom has hand soap, a small bath soap, small shampoo, 2 rolls of TP. No food items are in the condo. It was spotless when we arrived, the owners were great communicators and very responsive. The building itself was very quiet, we never had to wait for an elevator, and most of the time we were the only ones in the pool. The condo included 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, 2 boogie boards, umbrella, and tons of beach toys. Everything was great quality and saved us space when packing for the trip. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. ##### Melissa T. The listing made me want to choose that property and we were not disappointed! The parking space was as advertised, the door and gate codes worked well and the property was clean and ready for us. The condo was well equipped for a 4-night stay with pretty much everything we needed, including for the beach.The view from the balcony was wonderful and the beach was perfect. I never had to talk to the host about anything at all. I did email just to touch base and I would have liked to have received responses to those emails, but really that was no big deal since everything worked well. It was a great week at the beach! ##### Bernard S. Very nice appearance & layout. Bed was comfortable with a nice pass through bathroom into the dining/living area. Location is excellent with a nice private pool for the complex. Elevator so you do not need to walk up & down 4 flights of steps. Parking is nice because you have an assigned spot for 1 vehicle. My only suggestion for the owner/property management is to replace the patio furniture with updated comfortable chairs. They are not comfortable to sit in. We ended up just using our beach chairs. Not a complaint, but rather a suggestion. ##### Derek J. We have stayed in bigger, nicer condos, but not for this price. It was as advertised. Clean and well stocked with towels and beach items. Listing notes it is a bit north, away from the busier south part of island, but we are walkers, so not an issue, and we did use the free shuttle when we were feeling lazy. Everyplace is different regarding what they leave for basic cooking items, salt, pepper, oil, other spices that people have purchased and left. None of that here. If you are cooking, bring everything you would for a camping trip. Not an issue for us. The "starter kit" of consumable supplies listed on the site is accurate. We were there during slowest time of the year, so can't really comment on traffic or wait time in restaurants. There was none. ##### doug v.
