Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25\. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

\- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.  
\- Parties are strictly prohibited.

\- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
