Great location, all was good. Only negative I have to say is there was not a table out on the balcony as indicated by photos on line…certainly not a big deal but would have been nice. The price was below market so I thought there must be a catch. No catch. The condo is on the beach, the pool is heated, and the condo has all the “stuff” you need for a day at the beach. They even have a wagon to load your provided beach chairs Into! I am almost reluctant to brag on this gem of a property for fear it won’t be available when I want to return. Hide-a-bed needs to be replaced. Very very uncomfortable. Apartment was very clean. Location to beach excellent. Location to restaurants and things to do excellent. Had a nice view of the beach.
