The comfortable & relaxing family atmosphere, gracious service, and Island hospitality enhance our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium rental located on Texas' most beautiful beach. The Tiki is ON THE BEACH and this lovely condo is just a one-minute stroll through the tropical pool/courtyard to the beach. It is located on the North end of the island. Walking distance to beach bars & restaurants. This is an ideal destination for swimming, bird-watching, para-sailing, surfing, sunning, boating, beach-combing, dolphin-watching, and bay/surf/deep-sea fishing. The condominium is beautifully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs. A Keurig coffeemaker along with a variety of gourmet coffees are fully stocked and waiting for you. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and luxurious linens, and has its bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and is equipped with soft, comfortable robes. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower is located in the hallway between both guest bedrooms. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. A dehumidifier is provided and adds to your comfort after a day in the sunny pool or beach. This unit is located on the 2nd floor ... Only one set of stairs, no elevator. It is large and is close to the beach. It easily had plenty of room for two adults and two kids. Sometimes it is the little things, and the host seems to go out of their way with a fully stocked coffee selection and everything you could possibly need to cook. The in-unit laundry with some provided laundry soap was also super convenient. Everything about the stay, from the host reaching out to make sure we would be able to get into the unit, and the location was amazing. We loved that there was plenty of room and we didn't have to go buy much to accommodate our every day needs. It was close to the beach and there was security there on the property. They actually checked wrist bands and closed the pool at proper times. Their presence there made my mind feel more at ease. There was a full time cleaning staff, which was very appreciative to see.
