The comfortable & relaxing family atmosphere, gracious service, and Island hospitality enhance our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium rental located on Texas' most beautiful beach. The Tiki is ON THE BEACH and this lovely condo is just a one-minute stroll through the tropical pool/courtyard to the beach. It is located on the North end of the island. Walking distance to beach bars & restaurants. This is an ideal destination for swimming, bird-watching, para-sailing, surfing, sunning, boating, beach-combing, dolphin-watching, and bay/surf/deep-sea fishing. The condominium is beautifully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs. A Keurig coffeemaker along with a variety of gourmet coffees are fully stocked and waiting for you. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and luxurious linens, and has its bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and is equipped with soft, comfortable robes. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower is located in the hallway between both guest bedrooms. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. A dehumidifier is provided and adds to your comfort after a day in the sunny pool or beach. This unit is located on the 2nd floor ... Only one set of stairs, no elevator. There is also a private balcony/patio equipped with seating areas ...with a view of the tropical courtyard/pool area; and satellite TV with many channels to choose from. Plenty of room for all. Great kitchen with everything needed. Beds are very firm so be aware if you prefer/are more used to a softer bed. Lots of blankets, pillows, and fans. ##### Malinda H. This condo is fully stocked with games, snacks and items like chairs and a conopy which you dont see at other condos. The manager is awesome and checked in with me to make sure we were set. Condo was great- roomy, clean and comfortable. Nice pool on property and quick easy access to the beach. Texted owner that the Keurig didn’t work but other than that no issues. We stayed her last week, we loved everything about it fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pools are awesome and warm our kids loved relaxing in them after spending time on the beach and in the evening. The staff and ground keepers are very friendly and everything is neat and clean throught the grounds. We loved the place we rented , the condo had everything to accommodate our vacation. The location was awesome. Very quiet peaceful place to relax. Will recommend this place to anyone who want to unwind, relax and have a peaceful stay. Also was very close to restaurants that we went to,to shops. The kitchen has everything you need including extra snacks and coffee. There are extra chairs and towels if needed. Only thing is that the condo is located on the second floor so make sure that you and your family are prepared to take several trips up and down the stairs. I would stay here again. ##### Shania Y. It had everything we needed for preparing meals. It was just steps away from the beach and pools. It was very spacious and enough space for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. My family, including 3 college kids, just stayed here for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for anything more. The place was very clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We enjoyed the heated pool, but spent lots of time at the beach which was a minute walk. Had multiple bars with food and live music right by the location. Dave was amazing and checked in to ensure all was great... fantastic communication through it all. Beautiful combination living room and kitchen. Lovely furnishings. The kitchen generously offered almost anything needed in the way of herbs and spices and oils, something you just don't see in most VRBOs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and not a bunkbed to be found! (good) Just a five minute walk to the beach. Perfect! ##### Peter H. Everything mentioned was there. The location is great, beachside, restaurants very close by, weekend fireworks shot off at pier next door. Sit on the patio and watch. Don't have to join the crowds.Nice library on site for reading materials and puzzles to do. Swimming and water sports at the beach are difficult in winter months. Lots of wind and rip currents. Most of the tie a red flag for conditions! Spring break was easy to navigate. SPI has it planned very well so very few problems. Shopping near by. Condo pools were very warm 90F. We prefer much lower. If you are lucky able to watch Space X launches if scheduled during your stay. ##### Maureen C.
