All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps). Safety to our guests: \*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure. \*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors, which record video and audio, for your safety.
