My fiancé and I, and our Weimaraner, were first time snow birds from Nebraska and stayed at this condo for 7 weeks. It is newly remodeled which is nice, and every bedroom has it's own ensuite bath. We did have a few rounds of guests who visited/stayed with us, and they were all very comfortable. The location of the complex is also excellent. Beach is a 2 minute walk, and being on the north side of the island is much quieter and less busy. We will most likely book this again for next winter! ##### Brian T. Clean & spacious. Upon arrival we noticed the floors and pool are were not clean but a message to the host cleared that up. No TP in any of the 5 bathrooms but luckily we had our own. Missing hairdryers but again another message & it was addresses immediately. The owner was really on top of things if we needed it. We did try to rent for next year but already taken. The unit was very spacious and the grounds were well kept. Very close to all things and would definitely recommend it to those needing a group space as each room had its own bathroom.
