We do not charge administration or resort fees because we pay them for you. You will still have full access to all the resort amenities! Sapphire Condo, Beachfront 3 Bedroom 3 Bath, 23rd Floor with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre. Newly renovated, #2303 is a corner unit, allowing for the most expansive views - as compared to non-corner units. In addition, it has direct access to both views/balconies within the condo itself, (no need to exit your condo and walk across the common area hallway). Deluxe Condo rental with magnificent views of the Gulf and the Bay, which includes Sunrises, Moonrises, Sunsets, Moonsets, and SpaceX . High enough to avoid noise from the neighboring property - pools, music, and crowds, yet not so high that you can still hear the ocean waves and sea gulls. This splendid 1738 sq. ft. condo has an open living area with wide floor to ceiling windows and a variety of seating. An added feature is an electric fireplace - for a romantic ambience. High style accent rugs, custom drapes, automated shades, and original art make for a truly opulent experience. The kitchen seats 8 - 4 at the large granite island, and 4 at the modern stainless steel table, which can also be used as a buffet table. This table can be moved to the end of the island so that everyone can sit together. The kitchen is fully equipped with non-stick Calphalon brand pots and pans, utensils, and glasses for every type of beverage. We also provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies, paper goods such as napkins and paper towels, as well as basic spices. Elegantly and comfortably furnished, each bedroom and the living room have their own smart-TV's or TV with Roku and YouTubeTV, (cable alternative). The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King size jumbo mattress with a memory foam topper, and a large window with a beautiful view of the beach. Automated shades, as well as blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep. It also includes a wall mounted 75" TV. The en-suite master bath includes a large walk-in closet equipped with an iron and ironing board, double sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. All designed with marble floors and counters. The Master Guest Suite, (at the opposite end of the condo, for privacy), has a King bed, a sofa, a closet, a TV, and automated shades and black-out curtains. It has a large window facing the bay, with easy access to the bay balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and tub combination, marble floor and vanity, with drawers, cabinets, and a linen closet. The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed, two nightstands, an accent chair, a closet, and a wall mounted TV. The guest bathroom has a large marble shower, and a vanity with ample drawers and cabinets. The Gulf and Bay balconies are each equipped with barstools and a bar table. The bay view balcony also includes an electric BBQ grill, to enjoy grilling and dining while watching the sunset. The utility closet includes a full size washer and dryer, (the mini fridge is for owners use only). The Sapphire property includes a large Whirlpool/Jacuzzi that faces the two palatial swimming pools, that together are 300 feet long, and are flanked by palm trees. Took my family(in-laws included) to our annual Sapphire stay and I must say after approx 12 stays at the Sapphire, this was the absolute best! The 3rd bathroom was a huge plus, the view was priceless and appreciated the quality furniture and attention to detail throughout he condo. Highly recommend this property!! ##### rick r. Condo has a great view, well furnished and layout worked out perfectly for our family. The weather wasnt great this week so we spend a good amount of time in the condo. Beautiful location with both ocean and bay views. Lots of amenities although given the time of year and temps pool was not an option. Perfect access to both beach and pools. We even walked through the pool to the beach. Kids ages 6-11 and grown up’s all had a blast. Something for everyone. Our family had a wonderful time! Taking an elevator and short walk to the beach was very convenient. There were restaurants within walking distance of The Sapphire. However, the unit had a fully stocked kitchen which came in handy on nights we weren’t up for dining out. There was an issue with the internet dropping out, but the owners helped us to escalate the issue with the staff onsite and the issue was resolved that same day. ##### Stacey G. I must say The Sapphire Condo #2303 was everything it claimed to be and more. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated, the beds were all so comfortable, the pool was very relaxing, the views were amazing and the hosts were very attentive and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo felt like my home away from home. I was able to relax and enjoy my time with my family. I will be booking again in the future. Online listings can try to make things look better than they are, but believe what you see in this listing! There are spectacular views out the front, back, and even the side. We saw amazing sunsets and sunrises. Being higher up in the building, we were mesmerized by the gulf waves. It was also very quiet (stayed in early June). The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. It was a good area with access to many local shops and restaurants. The spa treatments helped kick off our restful stay with family. We went to Sea Turtle Inc, and enjoyed local art galleries like Quinn Gallery. Mahi Nic had great tacos and Sea Ranch was great for a nicer dinner out. The owners of this property were great! I had many interactions with Theresa, mostly before our trip, and she always answered my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend this property without hesitation.
