House of Neptune: Steps from the sea and private pool
Beautifully landscaped outdoor area greets you once you walk into the fenced area under the house. 30' heated pool and land scaping were completed 4 years ago and maintained to a high standard. Sit and relax poolside in one of the many seating areas or grill and eat outside. Inside the house has undergone an extensive remodel with new bathrooms and a new kitchen completed in 2026. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook a meal. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 decks off the front and rear of the home create many areas to catch up and spread out with family and friends. Ocean view off rear deck - perfect place to relax, read or snack all while listening to the ocean waves! Beach and bath towels are provided. So many beach accessories are provided as well!
-Private 30 ft heated pool - no extra fee to heat! Bioshield filter to neutralize harmful bacteria.
-Laundry room with new washer and dryer
-Includes use of beach wagon, 2 beach chairs, 2 director chairs, 10X10 sunshade, beach umbrella for 2, boogie boards and many sand toys for your enjoyment!
-There are two (2) TVs with roku in the house. Both TVs allow for streaming. You will need to enter your
account details for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Remotes for each TV are in each room.
-Outdoor shower + foot wash
-Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway
-4 exterior cameras
-Check in: 4:00 PM
-Check out: 10:00 AM
-SPI permit # 2021-131516
Lawn mowing usually happens on the 1st and 15th of the month usually on a Monday in the AM
Pool cleaned 2x a week usually Monday and Friday's in the AM

Great stay
Great house! Listing is accurate. Plenty of room for my family. Had the pots and pans that we needed as well as some seasonings. The closet had a bunch of pool items you could use such as wagon, chairs etc. We really enjoyed the pool being at the home. Host was super responsive and quick to any questions we had.

Overall good stay
Overall, good experience! Everything is kept up well, there are nice amenities. The location is excellent, it’s so easy to get to the beach. The house was also very clean. The only issues we had were some VERY uncomfortable beds, cold showers, and some toilet paper holders and towel rods coming lose and breaking. Overall a good stay but it’s a bummer when you can’t enjoy a warm shower and comfy bed on vacation.
