Very very nice home. The swimming pool was a life saver on the days that the winds were 40mph. Very quiet nice neighborhood and close to everything. The only downfall was that we don’t own the house because I would have not left. Perfect place to just decompress. Thank you for offering your beautiful home for others to enjoy. This is a nice house, clean and well decorated. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be made and the owners responded quickly. We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood is very nice. You can relax on multiple porches and see the bay from the upper porches. We drove to the beach because we had a lot of stuff to bring but we did walk once. Be aware that for part of the walk there are no sidewalks so keep that in mind if you have children or pets. There is limited parking by the beach. Do not wash your clothing with any house towels because lint from the towels comes off easily. Just a short walk to the beach and plenty of space for everyone! My mom was comfortable in the downstairs bedroom and they had extra fans for when we had too much in and out to the pool and It warmed up downstairs. The host is amazing! It was an easy check-in process and it was easy to reach out to Bob if we needed something. The house is located on a quiet street on the bay side. The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. There’s so much space and natural light in the entire house. I was most happy to have a bedroom and bathroom on the first level so that my elderly parents didn’t have to climb up and down too much.
