    -Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
    -This vacation home does NOT allow pets.

Place was amazing, view was amazing, almost everything about the place was amazing. Only two minor things about it that I could say was: Outside of the place is EXTREMELY misleading so do not hold that against it, the other was I had to get a key after arriving being told we had a numerical keyboard lock outside. Had to drive to the office to pick up the keys to get in.

Bathroom faucets didn't have hot water. A tiny bit outdated, but overall didn't affect the comfortability of our stay. Hodge podge of dishes, but again it was still functional. If a person was looking for a more aesthetically pleasing facility, this wouldn't be it. They were working on the rooftop the entire time we were there. Equipment lying around and rooftop access ladder down. The property itself was a little dirty and kind of run down. It served it's purpose. Pool and grilling area was nice.

When I walked into the unit it smelled musty and moldy. I called the place and let them know, there comment back to me was that it had been closed for the past 48 hrs, they offered me a freebies for the smell, which that would only cover it up, I was only there for 4 hrs and I couldn't stand the smell . We went to the office and asked if we could be place in another unit because I could not stay there with my allergies and we were told that they were all booked, I asked if I could get a refund since we were there for only four hrs from when we checked in, because with the smell i could not stay there. I was told by the 2 gents that were there that that decision would have to come from the manager. That because of the circumstances that we would be able to get a refund. I went back the next morning but was told that the manager had not made it into the office, We left and then returned back an hour later we spoke with the manager we were told that the unit passed his own inspection, I told him that I would stay there but if I ended up at The ER is he making himself responsible for my medical bill ? I didnt get a response from him. I asked again about getting a refund and his response was that he wouldn't have a decision till the following Monday. Since he was not there on the weekend. I have rented from them before and have never has an issues . As of today I have only received 108.00 refund for the service fee out of the 1110.00 that was paid to stay at this unit.
