This felt like a waste of time. They should streamline this a little bit.Upon entering the room we noticed it felt hot. It was 78 degrees on the thermostat. I tried turning on the AC but nothing happened. I called for service and they stopped by while we went to he beach. The note said the issue requires follow up so I called. They said the AC was broken and that they were authorized to give me 200 off the price of the room. I told them that I wanted a full refund because I would need to find a new hotel. They said management did not offer that option and I would need to speak to management in a few days. I told them I did not accept those terms and that I was not staying the night. We left and the next day I received 200 refund which is not a full refund.
