The relatively small, gated complex is walking distance to favorite restaurants and shops and offers access to two pools, a sauna, tennis courts, and a fitness center. The back porch, which opens to a large grassy yard, is perfect for grilling, playing games, people watching, and enjoying the sunrise and sunset. This 3 bedroom condo was recently rennovated and updated with granite countertops, new floors and tile bathrooms, and the latest amenities, including private, secure Wifi. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large flatscreen tv with cable, dresser and garment rack for storing clothes, and a private bathroom with a spacious, walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and garment rack for storing clothes, and a sizeable flatscreen TV with cable. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full/double mattress on bottom and a twin bed on top. It has a built-in armoire for storing clothes, a flatscreen TV, and is perfect for sleeping a couple of kids. The second full bathroom is situated between the second and third bedrooms and near the kitchen/living area. The open concept living, kitchen, and dining area has a wall of windows that look out to the beach, pool, and yard. Beautiful property. Plenty of room. Great access to the beach. And pool very close to the condo. If you are staying more then two nights, you will need to bring toilet paper, trash bags, soap, paper towels etc. we ran out quickly. The condo has no crib or pack n play so we had to purchase our own at a local store. The only con we would have was the people above us were extremely loud.
