Spent a lot of time on the patio. Able to see New Year’s Eve fireworks and valentines day fireworks. It is small, but works . Condo was clean. Laundry was easy to use. Would book this room again if it had a better bed. Please get a newer bed. I'll be asking about that if I book it again. And I will. If the bed is newer. It has most the necessary amenities of being at home. ( No washer & dryer). Keyless entry makes it easy to come and go. Parking right in front or in a garage. Swimming pool and a jetted pool tiny pool. Supposed to be a hot tub but no heat. We did not call maintenance because if we had they would have been there quickly to fix it. We could not get the football game on the tv, called maintenance and they were there within 45 minutes, had to replace the non smart tv and did it fast. I complained to the rental establishment but was just told the building manager didn’t let them know and they did nothing about it. The second issue I had was that all the plugs in the house were old and warn and nothing could be charged. It would just fall out…even lights and things at the condo kept falling out! ##### James K.
