With three levels, this property has plenty of space to accommodate 12 people comfortably. The ground floor entails the first guest bedroom featuring a full size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Just upstairs to the second and main level of the home you will find the open concept kitchen, living & dining rooms. The kitchen is spacious, offering plenty of counter space to make meals with your friends and family, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed for convenience. The living room is bright, airy and provides guests with plenty of seating around a large flat screen Smart TV! Watch your favorite movies, sports or shows and when your ready to catch some sleep, the sofas fold out to provide additional sleep space. The third floor is equipped with the additional guest rooms and the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk-in closet and the private master bathroom. The bath entails a his & hers sink & vanity, shower and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub! Just down the hall, the third bedroom entails a queen size bed. The living area was super comfortable, along with the kitchen, which is very well equipped and spacious. The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient is that it has three levels, but aside from that, everything was lovely. When we arrived, the pool was full of sand, which I think was the only thing that wasn't 100% clean. We called to have it cleaned, but it never happened. The only problem we had was a bad storm came in knocked the fence down. I contacted maintenance they said since there was a side gate they could go through there to access the backyard . One block to the beach and within walking distance of the entertainment district. Anywhere else, we can hop on the free shuttle on the corner. The home itself is very spacious and immaculate. It's only a half block from the beach , the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots,pans and utensils that we needed . Very spacious, we loved the pool ! We had some minor issues but called the office and maintenance arrived within an hour .
