The owner is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. The cold AC felt amazing after spending the day on the beach in the heat. The community is quiet and quaint with friendly neighbors. The only negative is that it is on the second floor, so we had to carry all of our fishing gear up the stairs each evening and back down again each morning.
