Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5108A is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floorplan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.

The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guestrooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!

Every stay at 5108A Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. This was a wonderful experience. The property is so clean and laid out so well. The air conditioner kept the place so cool and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are great, the pool and hot tub were delightful. Everything was functional user friendly. During our stay we had a few small questions, so we simply texted the office and they responded within minutes. Top notch property. Can't wait to book this very place again!

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great right on the gulf. The house is huge with 5 bedroom each one with there own bathroom. We had a great time with all our family able to visit over the two weeks.

Great Location

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.

Nice house & view

The house is Beautiful! The view is amazing & the pool & hot tub are great. However, When we arrived the Master hurricane shutter was closed to the balcony & would not open. We were unable to use the balcony for 2 days until it was fixed. That was a little disappointing & something we thought should have been noticed before we checked in.

Lovely Property

Good location. Very nice house. The private pool was a real plus! The SPI people were fantastic! It makes a real difference to have local contacts. A few things to note: Our stay was Sun—Thursday. Therefore, we weren’t there for any live music events at the nearby Wanna Wanna. Also, the boardwalk they to the beach is shared between units A and B. If you are in unit A, the guests from unit B will be crossing in front of your pool area throughout the day as they go back and forth to the beach.

Nice Property but had a Couple of Issues

The property itself was great. On the beach, perfect location, nice back deck, and so close to the beach bar. Lots of stuff to walk to. Very minimal amenities were provided. Prepare to go shopping when you get there. The pool and hot tub were not clean. Sand all over the bottom and found a shoe in the drain. All this would have been ok however there was a storm. The bottom level and top master bedroom flooded and all they did was give us extra towels to mop up the floors which made the place look disgusting and dirty. Also, the wind blew off a gutter which fell on the back patio and we had to call because it left another part of the roof loose and shaking in the wind so it was no longer safe to use the back patio, pool/hottub.

5108A Gulf Blvd Ocean Front

The condo is lovely and is conveniently located. The bedrooms are attractive and the beds are comfortable. It is very nice to have a private bath for each bedroom. On the downside, the sofas are broken down and uncomfortable as are some dining room chairs. The one game in the condo is missing a piece. Cleanliness of the condo is only a bit above average. The pool is clean. The condo lacks any shower bar or pool handrail and so did not accommodate the couple in our party in their 80's. We enjoyed the stay, but we expected more for the premium price.

5108 Gulf Blvd #A - Fantastic stay with the fam!

This is our 5th year staying at SPI rentals and I will say it was one of the best trips! We have a family of 9, including a newborh and the home is just so spacious...we could have had more family members join comfortably! The home was in perfect condition and clean, wasn't trashed out and didn't look like it was in poor condition, as many rentals do. I also loved and appreciated that this particular home offered their garage space to us for storage and to park! This is huge and the other home we normally stay in a couple of doors down doesn't offer this feature anymore...it makes a huge difference getting in and out of the car/storage for beach gear! Wonderful stay and will be back with family and friends later this year! Oh, and the staff is extremely helpful and super nice!! Great job guys and thank you! The Bramson family

Clean, comfortable, great views

Everything was great. The house was clean. Everything was as advertised. Rooms were very comfortable. Views were great. The ramp to the beach was very useful opposed to stairs. Kitchen appliances were a little finicky but we were able to troubleshoot and get things working properly. SPI staff was great with a work order on the pool. Issue was fixed within an hour. This is our third stay at this block of SPI homes and we will book again

Wonderful beach house for entire family

We met at SPI for a family reunion. What a wonderful house for all of us…grandparents, parents and grandchildren! The house is lovely, the pool was great, and being right next to the beach was incredible! Thank you to the SPI rental team, and the owners.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.
