Great Location & Beautiful Views!
The condo was fantastic! Spotless and clean! It was stocked with all the stuff we needed. Check in and out was super easy. The views in the morning are simply breathtaking. Beach access is close and the beach is amazing! You're at the very tip of the island so it's less busy and more relaxing. The pool, Jacuzzi, and pickle ball court is an added bonus. The property is gated and very well maintained. We will be back!

We liked being able to see the beach from the condo and being within walking distance. The condo had laundry on site which was also fantastic! The condo was clean and had several things such as paper plates, spices, sunscreen etc for us to use. The community pool was heated and we had access to the pool at our building and at building I, which we liked. The reason for a loss of a star; the beds were very uncomfortable. We struggled to get a good night's rest the whole time we were there. The double beds are best sized for two children, not two adults with 6 people. The property would best serve 5 or less people at a time.

Ani...thanks for your review and all of the positive feedback you had on our condo. On the mattresses...we provide high quality national brand medium to medium firm mattress on all of our beds. We know though that guest preferences vary greatly on mattresses from super soft to super firm. We have had guests that have actually called us to get the specific mattress brand and model because they they wanted to get the same mattress for their home... but we understand though that not everyone likes the same softness or firmness in a mattress.

The property was nice. We were disappointed that the Island was not good for biking or much else to do for active people. The weather was not good, too foggy. Though, weather can’t be helped. Also, South Padre is not easy to get to, we most likely will not return. None of this has anything to do with the property

Perfect vacation getaway
This condo is perfect in every way! It has everything you need from cookware, utensils, and glassware. The bathroom and kitchen towels are so nice. They have thought of all the small details that make the stay wonderful. We loved the location and being on the ground floor allowed us to walk right out and onto the beach. The unit is the cleanest we have ever been in - very impressed. The owner was so good about informing us of anything that might come up. The communication with the owner couldn't be any better. It is also very quiet. The condo building was constantly being cleaned and well maintained. I loved the pool area. So glad we stayed and will definitely come back!!

Our stay was wonderful, clean, convenient and exactly as described. We could not have asked for more. The owners even called us to warn of a potential issue (that wasn’t ) and solutions for a fix. I didn’t answer my phone, so they sent a text and called the condo. A wonderful trip, thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location
This was our first time on South Padre Island and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The condo was amazing and spacious and we loved how close it was to the ocean. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, toys and wagon. We loved the island and would definitely stay here again when we return.

The complete package
This condo has everything you need. Steps from the beach. It is stocked and furnished like a home. The owner is attentive and professional. He communicates throughly. He provides information on where to eat and things to do. Virginia is a face to the property. She is local. She cares for the inside of property units and guess. She goes puts in the extra effort to make you stay the best it can be.

Best location condo on the island
This condo was beautiful and very clean. It has security on premise and a lock gate to go through so I felt very safe. Great location away from the busy traffic and hotels. Nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed playing tennis with my son which the condo furnished the rackets and balls. If you want a relaxing place to say at, this is the condo for relaxing and for young family with kids. Owner Ed always got back to me right away when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!!

Favorite Condo on South Padre Island
My husband and I travel to South Padre Island every year and this is our favorite place to stay when we do. The location is great and the condo feels like home away from home. The condo is well kept and well stocked. with all the basics. The view of the beach is lovely and the beach is just a short walk away. This is our go to place on South Padre Island.

The perfect spot
This VRBO was awesome. The description and amenities were exactly as described. The distance to the beach, beach umbrella/chairs/wagon were perfect. My husband was able to help us get set up, then would walk back to the porch to read. He was so close if we needed anything on the beach, he could be right there. Our party agreed, when we come back to SPI, we would check this availability again. It was a wonderful stay!!

Best ever!!
This was by far the best vacation experience ever. Not just because of the beach, which was awesome. The whole experience in general. It was flawless checking in and communication with the owner. The condo has everything you could think of to make the vacation stress free and therefore more enjoyable. Better than home!! I can’t wait to return.

The Perfect Getaway
This property has been the best yet. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. When we were ready to go to beach, it was straight out the door, across grassy backyard to walkway with the wagon, beach chairs and cooler provided by owner for our use during our stay. We won’t have to search when we come back to South Padre- we will stay here!

What a view!
Sea Vista 119 is truly a beautiful home away from home. Very clean an extremely beautiful. The view is breathtaking no matter the time of day. Whether wanting to see sunrise from the sandy gulf shore, or right from the master bedroom its truly extraordinary! The pool was great, but the folks who live there was just a plus. Wonderful environment all the way around. The beach in my opinion is one of the nicest one on the island. I sort of saw it as a private beach due to the fact there is nothing in between condo beach access, and Isla Blanca Park. Very quiet. Renting the property was a breeze. Ed, and his family have everything one might forget to pack. They made staying at their place like one wood feel being in their own home.

Perfect Location
This was a great location. Truly just steps away to get to the beach. It was on the more quiet end of the island, which is what we were looking for. When you walk south towards the public beach and get to the the large rocks, you can see the dolphins feeding which was fun to see. The condo is well stocked and very clean. The big windows were awesome so you always had a great view. The entire property was very clean.

This property is awesome. Clean beyond your expectations. Good quality cookware, everything you need is provided, even shampoo and body wash! Comfortable beds. Having two suites was great. Nice deep tubs. The hot tub was small and usually occupied in the evening. The pool looked nice was heated but it was too cool for swimming. The main picture should be updated as there are significant dunes between the patio and the ocean that aren’t pictured here. However you can still see the waves and hear them. The beach is a very short walk down a boardwalk. Incredible sunrises on this side. The whole complex was very quiet although it is off season. The area didn’t feel off season though. Most Everything was open. The washer broke with my clothes in it. But not only did they find another one for me to use to Finish my clothes, it was fixed about 2 hours later. Great service. Everyone was friendly from the night security that greeted us to the caretaker Virginia to the owner Ed. We plan to stay again!

Best VRBO stay ever!! .
Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf shore and beach from the living and bedroom. Furnishing are first class and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but primarily walking out of the place right onto the beach.

Really nice condo. Well taken care of, well stocked and very clean. Had a great time and would recommend. It was no issue since would rather be on the patio enjoying the sight and sounds of the Gulf, but I highly recommend the owner put a normal sized tv in the master bedroom. (The one there now is the size of an average computer monitor. TVs are so inexpensive, could be an easy fix.) Overall, everything was excellent though. The condo complex is the last one on the south end of the island and very quiet.

The moment we walked in, we were impressed! The place smelled so clean and fresh! And then we saw the incredible view out the back! WOW And the host thinks of all the little things.... name brand items, a well stocked kitchen and pantry, very comfy beds. The location is great! We highly recommend this host! Perfect Getaway and a Perfect Condo.
We made a quick trip to S Padre to make memories with our 2 oldest Grandkids and with my Husband that has Terminal Cancer. This was a gorgeous Condo and the views are stunning. Everything about this place is so worth the money. We will be booking again for next October providing my Husband health allows. Highly recommend this place.

This is the most comfortable rental we have ever stayed at. It was very organized and stocked with all the items you need for a vacation rental. The sunrise views were amazing, and the access to the beach was great. Loved getting to explore South Padre Island and then come back and relax in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Heaven IS a place on Earth
The condo was BEAUTIFUL! Clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. When we arrived, I think we all 4 walked through for about 5 solid minutes just falling in love with everything! Ed was so helpful before our arrival answering questions and making sure we had all the info needed to make our trip successful. The view was unbeatable and the location was perfect. Less than a 1 minute walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach. Check in was easy and the staff at the complex was top notch. The property looks like an older one, but it is maintained very well and didn't appear run down. We were there during the week and the maintenance staff were busy as bees the whole time. But everyone was so helpful and friendly. Whatever Sea Vista is doing, they need to keep doing it. We WILL be booking this property again in the future, there is not a single doubt in any of our minds.

Perfect!
By far, this is the most organized and well-stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in. Ed (& family) provides pretty much anything you can think of, is easily reachable, and super responsive (he provided a countertop microwave lickety-split when the built-in one broke). All around A+ property with an unbeatable location and killer view. The sunrises from the master bedroom were breathtaking. (Even with the dunes built up in the front, it was great. With a higher up view you trade in the ability to walk right off the patio, over a short, barefoot-comfy stretch of grass, and right onto the beach--bonus!)

The condo was clean and well stocked, including beach chairs in a wagon on the back porch. Owner was friendly and helpful. Check-in was glitch-free. The condo is on the ground level so it’s a quick walk to the boardwalk to the beach. If/when we go to South Padre Island again, I will check the availability of this condo first.
