Welcome to South Padre Paradise. Our condo is 2 Bedroom/2 Bath on the 4th Floor with the most unbelievable views to the beach and ocean!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. We enjoyed our 10 days on South Padre Island. This unit was everything we wanted in a beach side condo. It had a great beach and ocean view. It was well stocked with extras. It was a clean and comfortable place. Sea Vista is very well kept and a nice facility .

This was our first time staying in South Padre and the view from the unit was amazing. It was stocked with everything that you would need. I liked that it had private beach access. The whole experience was great and would recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo. Always has everything you need. Very clean and inviting.The grounds and well kept with a gated entry. Beach is just steps away! Who could ask for anything else! We enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Great location with convenience to the beach. Was nice to have things like paper products and extra beach supplies. Property could use a good cleaning and the patio door did break on our first evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

AWESOME GET AWAY!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and well-equipped, and the view from both the balcony and master bedroom were breathtaking. Mother nature also put an amazing display with a waterspout visible in the distance. The fireworks display at Louie's Backyard were a sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Another great vacation

We arrived a little early, so we ended up exploring the island for an hour. But check-in was really easy. The condo was very clean and had all needed utensils for the cooking we needed to do. The beds are comfy and the view is amazing.

Beautiful view, fabulous condo!

We had such a great time at this condo! The view was gorgeous to wake up to, we really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was fully stocked, even included beach towels and boards! We loved this place, book it and you won't be disappointed!

Great View!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Condo was clean, had a great view of the beach, and checking in and out was easy. Location and access to the beach was very nice. Owner was gracious and good at communicating with me. He answered questions I had before our arrival, as well as during and after our stay as there was a hurricane forecasted towards the island the last day of our trip.

Great location!

We had never been to SPI before, wanted to be on the south end to be away from the majority of the spring breakers (we went in mid March). Great location, beach was easily accessible, pool was a lovely respite, and Ed was super nice and responsive before we arrived and during our time there. We had a minor toilet issue (nothing big) but he had plumbers there the next day and all was fixed quickly. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Condo for an Extended Stay

This condo is clean, the beds are comfortable, the linens are nice, and the view is fantastic. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook -- decent pans, sharp knives, adequate cooking utinsels, plenty of eating utinsels, plates, and glasses. The manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We have booked this unit for next year.

Good location, great view

The apartment is clean, well managed, and has very convenient private access to the beach. It's also equipped with plenty of beach chairs and bodyboards for family use. The main bedroom and living room have nearly 180 degree ocean view. We enjoyed watching sunrise from bed. It takes a ~20 mins beach walk to SPI jetties, an ideal location to watch SpaceX rocket launching. We watched the 4th launch of Starship on the last day of our trip - amazing.

Off season vacay.

Had a great stay for an off season get away. Location was fantastic at the south end of SPI. Less crowded. Condo had everything we needed. Views can’t be beat. I think the complex is a little older but it is very well maintained and our unit was still nice and up to date. Would absolutely stay here again. And the price was fantastic for the location. We came for beach so we weren’t in the unit too much. It was vey quiet.
