You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. This condo offers a list of great amenities: Great location, near to causeway for easy access to Port Isabel. Property is clean & well maintained. Plenty of space in condo with a kitchen that contains all the items you will need for your stay. Condo is very quiet with a great view of the ocean. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. Pool & hot tub are clean & well maintained. A five star property.

Condo was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and all the essentials were there. Communication with Ed was always prompt and helpful.The easy access/short walk to the beach was wonderful. Everyone agreed this was the most relaxing beach trip of all. We had a three YO and an almost one YO with us and the condo and balcony worked very well for all of us.The personnel we interacted with at the complex were helpful and accommodating.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

This condo fit our needs womdefully. Had everything we needed from beach toys to towels and more. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and great location. The beach was great and not crowded at all compared to others down the island. We had a womderful time and would 100% stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at this condo! The beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were extremely quick and helpful with any little thing we needed assistance with!

Great beach location

The condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of beach items provided, stocked with basic necessities. The view was phenomenal and the location couldn’t be beat. Our kids went from beach to pool multiple times a day. The owners were so kind and so helpful.

Beautiful sunrise! Right on a pristine beach. Private entrance to beach and gated community. We were there in March and somehow avoided the spring breakers. The location is excellent. Bedrooms well done. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful in every way. What a blessing!

We had a wonderful stay in SPI! Condo was beautifully decorated and clean! They had everything plus more stocked and ready for us! The property was very well maintained and felt extremely safe. Beach access was easy and the view was beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here!

Just want our family needed! Relaxed Beach Get away

We were sad to leave today, but plan to return and hopefully book this same 3bedroom/3bath Condo again. It was on the 2nd floor with perfect views of the beach! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and overall just a great location! The owners were very easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We appreciated that! We definitely recommend this unit at Sea Viata.

Beautiful (and quiet) beachfront condo

We had a family trip planned for our son's 19th birthday. The condo is beautifully styled, clean and well stocked. Loved that it was so quiet, steps to the beach and with a pool. Gorgeous views on the balcony - a perfect spot to have morning coffee or just to view the ocean in the shade. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated having 2 king bed rooms. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Great for families and those who want a quiet, relaxing Padre vacation.

From the building management staff to the owners, everyone was so kind and helpful. The owners thought of everything. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet, with ceiling to floor views of the beach. The beach had very soft sand and was very private. This is the first time I have been this comfortable in a vrbo rental. Absolutely Perfect!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Wonderful!

Ed’s place is easily the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything! We brought a lot of cooking utensils but didn’t need to use any of them! Lots of beach toys, towels, etc. The location was exactly what we were looking for - very easy beach access that also had low foot traffic on the actual beach path. We all loved this stay and hope to return to this unit in the future.

We were a little hesitant to make our trip due to weather, but decided to go anyways. And we are glad we did! We were so close to the beach, just steps away. The place has everything you could need! In the kitchen utensils, pots pans everything. Also beach chairs, umbrella. We were very pleased. 100/10 recommend 👌
