King in master bedroom, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, pull out couch as double in living room. \*WIFI/cable & flat TV Must read & agree to all house rules prior to booking. Important The Space: \-Public beach access is not even half a block away. \-Outdoor shower by garage for easy sand toy clean up \-Fully equipped Kitchen all you need for meal prep Pet friendly! \-Lots of space to spread out \-1 level ground floor no stairs \-Room for 2 cars \-Super high ceilings \-Super clean inside \-Free Parking Off Street \-BBQ allowed (we do not provide and you must clean up) We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi. Plenty of space for our large family of 7 with plenty of blankets & places to sleep comfortably, plenty of towels but I recommend bringing your own for beach days - WASHER & DRYER IS A GODSEND! Kitchen has all the essentials, plenty of flatware, plates, bowls, glasses, etc (FYI: all glass, no plasticware for the littles but dollar general is located 2 mins away). We cooked everyday & didn’t have to buy any cookware as the kitchen is well equipped. We loved how hot the water gets in the showers & the thermostat was set on igloo when we got there. PERFECT and I can’t stress this enough, STAY. In the cut but close to the party. Iykyk.We were near gravity park, numerous souvenir stores, restaurants, etc. The property is located on a quiet street between 2 different beach accesses, just a 5 min walk. Beach access 13 (about 7 min walk) has showers to rinse off at the boardwalk. AWESOME STAY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, WILL STAY AGAIN. ##### Katherine P.
