Very short walk to the beach and the grocery store was 1 block away. Highly recommend!!!! Check in/out was seamless. These folks have the process down. The bbq pit was cute, so don’t plan on bbq’ing. It's perfect for a family of 4\. The backyard was really spacious and so was the place. Location was great because everything is so close by, even the beach is a 5 min walk. It would be nice if they left a broom to clean up the sand that accidentally comes in with your beach clothes. We walked to the beach with our cooler etc. Walk to one of the best breakfast places in town on the corner. It was very clean and felt fresh. I will rent it again. On the guest bathroom there was evidence of water damage in the ceiling and a strong stench to mold. The initial use of faucets produced sand. Water tasted horribly even after some use. We ended up using bottled water except for showering. The assigned parking lot was unusable as it was invaded by plants and brushes. We left the property a day earlier. Management refused to refund us the last night. Communication with the management was poor and the response time was ridiculous, like 3 days to respond to any issues. Not a good place to stay.
